GASPA MACCHINE is a dealership specialized in the sale of new and used agricultural and construction machinery — agricultural tractors, mini-excavators, wheel loaders, tandem rollers, telehandlers, and other construction equipment — from internationally recognized brands such as John Deere, New Holland, Caterpillar, Kubota, Bobcat, Kobelco, JCB, Yanmar, Volvo, JPC, and Hitachi. This policy describes in a detailed and transparent manner how we select, inspect, document, and check every machine offered on the gaspa-macchine.com website, both before the advertisement is published and before shipping, so that what you receive corresponds faithfully to what is described and shown online.

For those purchasing a tractor, a mini-excavator, or a telehandler online, often hundreds or thousands of kilometers away, trust in the seller's description is as important as the machine itself. For this reason, we apply the following principles to every published product, regardless of the order value or the destination country.

• Total transparency: every defect, sign of wear, aesthetic damage, or anomaly found is declared in the product sheet, without exception.
• Documented verification: every used machine is accompanied by an internal inspection sheet prepared by our technical staff.
• Safety and functionality before aesthetics: engine, transmission, hydraulic system, and safety devices are always verified with priority over aesthetic appearance.
• Traceability: when available, we keep and make available the history of the machine (previous owner, working hours, maintenance interventions).
• Regulatory compliance: we verify the presence of the CE marking and the technical documentation required by European regulations, described in Section 7.

The quality of a used machine depends largely on its origin. For this reason, we apply a selection process at the source even before subjecting a machine to the technical inspection described in Section 5.

• Trade-ins: machines taken back from agricultural companies and construction firms upon the purchase of a new vehicle.
• Direct purchases: machines purchased directly from private individuals, agricultural companies, or construction firms that demonstrate full ownership.
• Selected professional channels: European partners and dealers with whom we have collaborated for a long time and whose commercial history we know.
• Official distribution (new machines): new vehicles are sourced through European distribution channels authorized by the respective manufacturers, and include the manufacturer's official warranty.

Before accepting a used machine for sale on consignment or for purchase, we verify that the seller is the legitimate owner, that there are no liens, mortgages, or unpaid financing that could encumber the asset, and that the available documentation (logbook, original purchase invoice, certificates) is consistent with the serial or chassis number of the machine.

To help you immediately understand the status of each machine, we use an internal classification system divided into four categories. The category is always indicated in the product sheet and corresponds to the real conditions of the machine at the time the advertisement is published.

Before a used machine is photographed, described, and published on our site, our technical staff performs a multi-point inspection to verify its real condition. The main control areas are as follows.

Every anomaly identified during the inspection is handled in one of the two following ways: if it is a reasonable and quick intervention (for example, replacing a light bulb or tightening a fitting), it is resolved before the advertisement is published; if it is a more significant defect or a sign of wear related to the age of the machine, it is explicitly declared in the product sheet, accompanied by specific photographs.

The visual and textual representation of each machine is one of the most important aspects of our transparency policy, as it is what you base your purchasing decision on.

• The published photographs depict the specific machine for sale, not generic or stock images, and are taken from multiple angles, including any details of wear or damage.
• The description indicates the year of production, declared working hours or mileage, included accessories and equipment, and any known defects.
• If requested, we can provide additional photographs, a video of the operation, or organize a video call with our technician before the purchase.

For new machines not yet physically available in our yard, we may use images provided by the manufacturer relating to the corresponding model and configuration. In these cases, the advertisement clearly indicates the wording "image for illustrative purposes"; the actual technical characteristics still remain those indicated in the product sheet and are confirmed before delivery.

All prices published on our site are expressed in Euros (EUR) and clearly indicate whether VAT is included or excluded, in line with the provisions of the Italian Consumer Code regarding price transparency for the consumer. Any shipping costs are calculated separately, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Agricultural and construction machinery are subject to specific European regulations regarding safety and compliance. We verify the available documentation for each machine and inform the buyer in a transparent manner.

All new machines sold by GASPA MACCHINE comply with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, implemented in Italy with Legislative Decree 17/2010, bear the CE marking, and are accompanied by the EC Declaration of Conformity and the use and maintenance manual in the language of the destination country, as provided for by Annex I of the directive.

The used machines we market were originally placed on the European market and therefore bear the CE marking applied at the time of their first sale. When available, we provide the buyer with the original documentation (declaration of conformity, logbook, manual); should such documentation no longer be available from the previous owner, we expressly indicate this in the product sheet and, where possible, assist you in obtaining updated copies from the manufacturer or their European representative.

In line with the principles of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety, applicable from December 13, 2024, we guarantee that every machine is identifiable by brand, model, and serial number, and that the contact information of the responsible economic operator (GASPA S.R.L MACCHINE) is always available in the product sheet and on the contact pages of the site.

We are aware that the European regulatory framework on machinery is evolving, with the entry into application of the Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 scheduled for January 20, 2027, which will gradually replace Directive 2006/42/EC. We monitor these developments and will update our documentation and internal processes in accordance with the new provisions as soon as they become applicable.

Switzerland, not being a member of the European Union, applies its own Federal Act on Product Safety (PrSG) and the relative Ordinance (PrSO). Thanks to the mutual recognition agreements between Switzerland and the European Union, the CE marking is generally accepted for many categories of machinery; for machines intended for road circulation in Switzerland, however, the buyer is responsible for verifying the specific approval and registration requirements provided for by the Swiss authorities.

Once the order is confirmed, every machine undergoes a final check before leaving our Sassari headquarters, to ensure that it arrives at its destination in the same condition verified at the time the advertisement was published.

1. 1. Final operational check We verify the engine start and the operation of the main hydraulic movements to ensure that no anomalies have appeared after the initial inspection.
2. 2. Verification of levels and fuel Oil and coolant levels are checked and, if necessary, the fuel level is brought to the minimum required for safe transport by road or sea, based on the carrier's instructions.
3. 3. Securing and protection Booms, buckets, equipment, and mobile components are locked and secured for transport; exposed parts such as cab glass, headlights, and hydraulic cylinders are protected with suitable materials.
4. 4. Departure photographic documentation We take dated photographs of the machine before loading, which we keep as a reference for the condition of the asset at the time of departure from our headquarters.
5. 5. Transport and customs documents We prepare the transport document (e.g., CMR) and, for shipments to Switzerland, the export customs documentation required as a non-EU country.

The delivery inspection is a fundamental step in our quality process: it allows you to verify, together with us, that the machine has arrived in the condition documented at the time of shipment.

• Inspect before signing: visually examine the machine before signing any delivery or pickup document with the carrier.
• Note any reservations: in the presence of visible damage or anomalies, note them immediately on the transport document (CMR or delivery note) before signing.
• Photograph before unloading: keep photographs with date and time as a reference for the condition of the machine upon arrival.
• Communicate with us within 48 hours: send photographs and a detailed description to info@gaspa-macchine.com for any anomaly found.
