GASPA MACCHINE is the commercial brand under which GASPA S.R.L MACCHINE operates, a company with its registered and operational headquarters at Z.I. Predda Niedda Strada 30, 07100 Sassari (SS), Italy, VAT number IT 03006910909, ATECO classification 47.52.40. Full corporate details, including information required by electronic commerce regulations, are provided on the Legal Notices page.
We operate from Sassari, in north-western Sardinia, a position that allows us to efficiently organize the inspection, packaging, and shipping of machines to the European continent. At our operational headquarters, we store, verify, and prepare every machine before it is entrusted to the carrier responsible for delivery.
GASPA MACCHINE was born from direct knowledge of the agricultural and construction sectors, two industries that share the same fundamental need: being able to rely on robust machines, ready to work immediately and without hidden surprises. From this need, our online store gaspa-macchine.com was created, designed to offer farmers, construction companies, earthmoving firms, and private individuals a simple, secure, and transparent purchasing channel for new and used machinery.
Corporate transparency: in compliance with Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce and equivalent provisions in other European Union member countries, we clearly display our company name, registered office, VAT number, and contact details throughout the site, so that anyone can identify us with certainty before completing a purchase.
The GASPA MACCHINE catalog is dedicated to agricultural and construction machinery, both new and used, chosen to be immediately operational upon arrival at their destination. Every machine listed in our online store is described in detail, with real photographs and, when available, an operational video.

Independent retailer: GASPA MACCHINE is an independent retailer of new and used agricultural and construction machinery. The brands and models mentioned identify the original manufacturers of the machines for sale and are indicated exclusively for descriptive purposes, to clarify the origin and characteristics of the products. GASPA MACCHINE is not an official dealer or an authorized representative of these brands, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual product sheet.
We work both with private individuals and professionals in the agricultural sector (farmers, livestock breeders, contractors), and with construction companies, earthmoving firms, and public works contractors who require reliable equipment at advantageous conditions. Each product sheet clearly indicates whether the machine is new or used, the year, and the declared hours or kilometers of use.
Our mission is simple: to make the purchase of agricultural or construction machinery, whether new or used, a clear, safe, and surprise-free experience, regardless of the European country you are in. Anyone investing in work equipment deserves to know exactly what they are buying, from whom, and with what guarantees.
Transparency
We describe every machine honestly, including any imperfections, wear, or aesthetic defects, before you decide to purchase it.
Reliability
We select machines that are functional and ready for use, subjected to technical verification before shipment.
Technical expertise
We understand the operation of the machines we sell and are available to advise you on the most suitable solution for your work.
Customer proximity
We personally respond to every request, before and after the purchase, in Italian and in the main European languages.
We ship our machines to Italy, Austria, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, and Switzerland. We know that purchasing heavy machinery remotely, often in another country, requires trust: for this reason, we take care of every detail of communication, documentation, and logistics, so that on the day of delivery, the machine corresponds exactly to what was described and photographed online.
Behind every machine published on gaspa-macchine.com, there is a process of evaluation and preparation designed to minimize surprises at the time of delivery. Here are the main stages that every machine goes through before reaching our customers.
-
1. Selection and verification of origin We evaluate every machine based on its general condition, available documentation (manuals, invoices, maintenance logs), and the consistency between the declared year, hours, or kilometers and its actual state.
-
2. Functional technical inspection We verify the starting and operation of the engine, the main hydraulic systems, the driving controls, and the accessories, clearly reporting any anomalies found.
-
3. Photographic and video documentation We produce real photographs and, when possible, an operational video, so that you can evaluate the condition of the machine before purchase with maximum awareness.
-
4. Cleaning and minor pre-delivery maintenance Before shipment, we carry out a general cleaning and essential checks (fluid levels, tire pressure, battery) to deliver a machine that is ready to work.
-
5. Packaging and loading for transport We organize the securing and loading of the machine onto a suitable vehicle, entrusting it to carriers specialized in the transport of agricultural and construction machinery to your destination.
To learn more: the checks carried out before delivery are described on the Equipment Testing and Pre-Delivery Inspection page. The methods by which we verify the origin and ownership of used machines are illustrated on the Verification of Authenticity and Ownership page, while the maintenance history available for each machine is described on the Equipment Maintenance History and Documentation page.

Purchasing a machine remotely, often for significant amounts, requires mutual trust. For this reason, we offer clear purchasing conditions, in line with the rights provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and European distance selling regulations, applied to all countries to which we ship.
Consumers who purchase remotely have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the machine, without having to provide any reason. The procedures for exercising this right are described on the Cancellation Policy page and the Returns and Refunds page.
Once the returned machine has been received and its condition verified, we proceed with the refund within 14 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Conditions regarding return transport, considering the weight and dimensions of our machines, are specifically indicated on the Returns and Refunds page.
Every machine purchased, whether new or used, is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU Directive 2019/771, applied by GASPA MACCHINE in all shipping countries regardless of any reductions permitted by local regulations for used goods. Covered defects, exclusions, and the complaint procedure are described on the Warranty Policy page.
All conditions in one place: the contractual terms applicable to every order, including prices, methods of concluding the contract, and the responsibilities of the parties, are collected in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
All payments made on our site are handled through secure and encrypted payment systems. Full payment card data is not stored on our servers but managed directly by the payment service providers.
Prices are expressed in Euro (EUR) and, for the greater convenience of customers in Poland and Romania, can also be viewed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and Romanian Leu (RON). The amount actually charged depends on the payment method chosen at checkout.
More details: the full list of available payment methods and their conditions are described on the Payment Methods page.
The sale of agricultural and construction machinery is subject to specific regulations regarding safety, marking, and transport. We operate in compliance with these rules in all countries to which we ship.
New machines marketed are compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and bear the CE marking issued by the manufacturer. For used machines, we indicate the available conformity documentation in the product sheet; any absence of original CE marking, for example for machines produced before the directive came into force, is clearly specified in the description.
We operate in compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), Legislative Decree 70/2003 on electronic commerce, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the protection of personal data. Data processing methods are described in our Privacy Policy.
For shipments to non-EU countries such as Switzerland, the buyer is generally responsible, unless otherwise agreed in writing, for the payment of any customs duties and import VAT applied by local authorities. The documentation necessary for export is provided by GASPA MACCHINE; details are described on the Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations page.
Machines may contain fluids (fuel, oils, coolants) and batteries subject to specific transport regulations. The methods by which we manage these elements during preparation and transport are described on the Hazardous Materials and Shipping Restrictions page.
Product availability: as these are primarily used machines available in a single unit, actual availability is always confirmed at the time of the order. Our policy on this matter is described on the Product Availability and Inventory Management Policy page.
A significant part of our business consists of giving new life to used agricultural and construction machinery that is still perfectly functional, avoiding premature decommissioning. We believe that this model, in addition to being economically advantageous for our customers, contributes to a more responsible use of resources.
By selecting used machines still in good operating condition, we extend their useful life cycle and reduce the demand for new production, with its associated consumption of raw materials and energy.
During machine inspection and preparation operations, we pay attention to the correct management of waste fluids, filters, and other waste materials, in accordance with current environmental regulations.
To learn more: our full environmental policy, including commitments made regarding packaging and logistics, is available on the Sustainability and Environmental Policy page.
